Placing An Order

Placing an order with us is Fast and Secure using our online shopping cart. To place an order, click on the "Add to Cart" button next to each item. You can then check out or continue shopping and adding product to your cart. When you are ready to check out, click on the "View Cart" link at the top of the page.

Terms of Payment

Payment in FULL is due at time of order, Kraft Outlet does not offer credit terms. We will process your order as soon as payment is received. If payment is not received when placing your order, your order will be cancelled.

Returns due to customer ordering error must be made within 14 days of receiving your order and are subject to a 15% restocking fee; return postage is the customers responsibility and refunds will not be issued until returned merchandise is received and deemed to be in good condition by Kraft Outlet.
Refunds will be issued within 30 days of purchase.
